We place great value on stirring up the imaginations of future practitioners. We are making arrangements to begin to take-on undergraduate law students for 2-4 weeks work experience programmes. We are also designing a programme for postgraduate law students, and law graduates undergoing professional legal training programmes, who have the interest to specialise in our niche area to undertake 6-12 weeks internship programmes. When they are rolled out, our work experience and internship programmes will provide participants a firsthand experience of what specialist law practice really looks like, and ignite their perspectives on the nature of the transactions we work on.


Newly qualified

We may recruit exceptional newly qualified lawyers as junior associates who will undergo Crestle Zanders’ styled hands-on training programmes to horn their skills before they are thrown into the deep end.

We always want to hear from the right experienced lawyers. Integrating experienced lawyers into Crestle Zanders is a key component of our growth strategy. Deepening and widening the scope of our talents pool inspire confidence in our clients, both existing and prospective, and help us remain vital and true to our vision.

We welcome applications from lawyers that have experience in our practice areas, but before they join us we will insist that they are CZ Fit and will expect them to have some client following. We typically look for ambitious senior associates or equivalents who are keen to make their own mark building a strong practice and with it a business case for partnership.
