We act for a wide range of clients, including start-ups and leading corporations seeking to enter or expand into the Nigerian and African power, oil and gas, mining and metals, and infrastructure sectors. We also act for governments, developers, and lenders in the financing of projects across these sectors.

We have, and continue to initiate and build, relationships with large international law firms. Because large international law firms recognise that Crestle Zanders is a law firm with local knowledge but also has the exposure and the rigorous standards that they themselves are known for, they often appoint us to act as local counsel in running deals or ad hoc matters in Africa in which they need assistance from an indigenous law firm.

In accepting or continuing to perform instructions from clients, we observe to the latter our ethical obligations relating to conflict of interest.
