The ‘CZ Charter’, our name for an internal working document that encapsulates practical guidelines that assist us to apply our philosophies, remains one of the most important tools in the Crestle Zanders’ toolkit. Subscribing to the CZ Charter is a pre-requisite to becoming a Crestle Zanders lawyer.

We regularly run sessions at which we re-evaluate our collective and individual performances against the principles prescribed in the CZ Charter.
